Our Apologies for Emergency Maintenance

Updated: Sep 12, 2019

Dear valued player,

We would first like to offer our deepest apologies for the inconvenience that was caused by the emergency maintenance held on 07/07/2017 at 21:00 (GMT+0). The cause of the issue for the emergency maintenance was due to an unexpected aftereffect from a patch that we had applied on 03/07/2017, which was performed to bolster the security and efficiency of the communication module for the upcoming launch of our web client. We analyzed that this aftereffect was a bug that was causing specific cash games and tournaments to lag noticeably, and we quickly decided that it was in the best interest of the network to solve this by conducting an emergency maintenance.

Some cash game tables unfortunately had issues with cashouts and a few tournaments also suffered from the aforementioned issue:

July 7 17:00 UTC+0 Daily 6-Max $10

July 7 18:00 UTC+0 Bounty Hunters $63

July 7 18:00 UTC+0 Daily Blue $30

July 7 18:00 UTC+0 Daily Rebuys $5

July 7 18:30 UTC+0 Satellite to Bounty Hunters $31.50

July 7 19:00 UTC+0 Bounty Hunters $2.10

July 7 19:00 UTC+0 Daily 6-Max $20

July 7 19:00 UTC+0 Daily Blue $50

We would like to assure you that all refunds have just been completed. For details about our refund policy, please refer to 'Rule #9 - Refund Policy' at http://www.ggnetwork.com/network-rules.

To strive for a better service, we are focusing more on system stability testing and system monitoring while reducing the number of regular maintenances. We believe these efforts will decrease the chance of incidents like the one that we have just experienced.

Again, we would like to send our sincere apologies to all of our beloved players and as always, we thank you deeply for your understanding.
